Add "remove other mutexed items?" prompt

Description

Mutex should stop items being taken, but with multiple mutex groups you can get to the situation where replacing an item isn't possibly because another item is already taken. The ideal solution would be to allow the user to select blocked replacement items and then use the GetBlockingEquipmentItems() method to see what items are blocking it before prompting them as to whether they want to remove the other items or not take the item at all.
