Description

Similar to #35, but for Warhammer.

Following changes in #33 we should make a plugin (using the output of ​ibboard:ticket:13) that allows validation of an army against the new Warhammer structure of armies up to 2000pts being allowed set amounts of Lords, Heroes, Core, Special and Rare, with increasing army size varying the limits.

Remove owner so that the team can more easily see bugs. Using default owners seems good at first but is bad practice when a team can be working on any part of the project.
