WarFoundry is hiding error details when loading files

Description

A change has happened (either since or in v0.1b5) that causes WarFoundry to hide the details of file load errors. This obviously makes file writing more difficult as authors don't know what the cause of the problem is. It needs investigating and fixing.

(In r428) Fixes #232: WarFoundry is hiding error details when loading files

  • Remove error hiding introduced in r281 for GameSystems that was in from the start for Races (code caught an InvalidFileException and created and threw a new InvalidFileException)
