Description

​ibboard:ticket:15 was created to update the Translation class to use XML Schemas (.xsd files). This change needs to propagate to the editors.

(In r49) Closes #41 - migrate GUI translation to using schema

  • Remove DOCTYPE
  • Add namespace

Also:

  • Remove "&" characters that are used for WinForms UI hotkeys because they are rendered as-is in GTK
