Re #44 - Fix API tests
* Make AbstractNative factory silently dispose of IOExceptions - test data triggers one on the SharpZipLib DLL
* Remove unused MakeZipFile method
* Rename GetGameSystemLoadingFactoryForFile to remove reference to Race
