Fix various GTK3 issues
* Fix suggested action button colouring outside headerbar
* Use gradient to darken dividers through headerbar
* Lighten links in header bar
* Improve Fractal
* Make box around input area the same colour (was relying on accidental match)
* Make text messages (not emotes) lighter
* Mostly fix DConf pathbar (still has a border)
