Add support for GTK4
Includes `gtk-minimal.css`, which can be used to override Adwaita
colours by running `ln -s ~/.themes/Adwaita-Dark-Green/gtk-4.4/gtk-minimal.css ~/.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css`
