Translate WarFoundry WinForms UI in to as many languages as possible

WarFoundry is has a translatable UI using translation files. This ticket should collect all of the translation files for the WinForms UI v0.1.

WarFoundry v0.1b4 should have filled out most of the required translations so users can start to translate.

The part of the GUI/API that says "Equipment amount too large" does not appear to be "translatable". I.e. it is still in English despite translating it in the translation file.

• Follow convention of default text being lower case
• Add Snowblizz's Swedish translation to the project - will be available in next version (although users will need to manually change the language for now)
