Description

As ​discussed on the forums, an XML output to go with the HTML would be useful. The HTML was intentionally basic, but the XML should allow for XSL transforms into a variety of formats.

Initial implementation completed. There are a few things to update:

The Export form should remember the last used XSL and the last used export file. This will save quite a few clicks from the users on a new export.

Closing - extra features are in ticket:363 and ticket:363. IBBoard has already written the GTK# front-end.
