Replace "Basic HTML Export" with Clutch's version

Description

The original "Basic HTML Export" was just a proof of concept and a way to get sensibly formatted data out of the app. Clutch's exporter (which uses XML and XSLT) is a huge improvement. To keep the UI simple, we should swap the back-end for the Basic HTML Exporter so that it uses the tabular XSLT from Clutch's exporter.

Note: We need to be careful about assuming the XSLT will exist on disk, as this might not always be the case.
