Add unit type images to XML files

Description
To add support for each unit type having its own image we need to define an image (or let one be defined) for each of the following:
- UnitType
- Category
- Race
- GameSystem

Remove owner so that the team can more easily see bugs. Using default owners seems good at first but is bad practice when a team can be working on any part of the project.

As a general idea, it is probably easier to include a reference in the XML to a file in the Zip. This would make it easier to change the image, rather than having base-64 encoded images in the XML.
