Description

Currently, all army files are saved in the user's "application data" directory, since this is a commonly defined directory on Windows and Linux.

While it is fairly easily accessible on Linux (~/.config/WarFoundry/ or similar) in Windows it is in an awkward place because of Microsoft's convention of forcing users in to their My Documents folder ("application data" is at the same level as My Documents, both within something like c:\documents and settings\username\ - but going up a directory from My Documents takes you to Desktop, not the username folder).

What would be better is to make the locations customisable through preferences and through remembering the last used location.
