Description

Currently the UIs load all of their files from the "data" folder. This works for now but requires the user to keep going back to their application folder and adding files. If we installed WarFoundry properly then this would require root/admin permissions.

The better solution (which the API already supports) is to define a list of folders that files are searched for in.
