Description
After committing to SVN and checking out the project again (or after updating MonoDevelop and associated libraries) WarFoundry no longer works. The app starts to load and appears in the task bar but then crashes without any output.

Fixed by r9 and r10 adding required files and logging. Tickets #4, #5 and #6 created to stop the problem occurring again for future clean builds.
