Load files as command-line parameters

Description
Older versions of the code had a method for loading the specified file from the command-line parameter. Changes to the loading system mean this doesn't work any more, but it should be replaced for functionality.

Remove owner so that the team can more easily see bugs. Using default owners seems good at first but is bad practice when a team can be working on any part of the project.
